BigBigPlace.com Exchange Policy
Items shipped from BigBigPlace.com, including from our vendors, can be returned for exchange within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Wrong or defective Products
If you receive a different product from the ordered, or defective product upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service support through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message within 1 day upon receiving the item. The Customer Service team will help you with your exchange by providing the BigBigPlace order number and also the images of the product that you have received.
After confirming with our customer service representative, kindly return the items to the following address:
Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the item and proceed with issuing a replacement or a refund depending on the availability.
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return.
BigBigPlace.com can not guarantee your item will be found and exchanged, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to BigBigPlace.com.
If the product is found not defective, the return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
If all conditions are not met, BigBigPlace reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Return for Exchange
If something isn’t right, we are happy to do a refund or an exchange subject to the Return for Exchange Policy below.
For shoes and apparel, exchanges can only be done for full priced items.
Return your order in its original packaging and unassembled (where applicable) within 14 days, together with your BigBigPlace invoice for either an exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the card that payment was made with.
Return requests must be done by the same person that made the order.
- For hygienic purposes, underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
Our 14 day return policy does not apply to:
electrical appliances, incorrect self-assembly, "Outlet" products, used camping equipment, used clothes (including bikini), used bags, used sport equipment, food products, custom made products, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery.

Upon the parcel’s arrival at our fulfilment center, our Returns Department will process the item and get in touch with you within 1 - 3 weeks.
Only items that are received in their original condition will be processed.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
Once the item is received at our fulfilment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
