TERMS & CONDITIONS (EN)
A) This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia above 18 years of age except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser.
B) To participate in the Contest :
1. Participants must complete the weekly challenge (stated in our Instagram / Facebook) to get an entry within the Contest Period from 1st Of January Until 7th Of January 2026
2. Participants are not allowed to submit/send more than one (1) entry , if found will be disqualified.
3. The Organizer will not reimburse the participant for any charges incurred in submitting the entries, if any.

C) Selection of Winners :
1. The eligible winner will be determined via a spin wheel or roulette through online application every week.
2. The eligible prize winners will be contacted via telephone or email and may be required to do identity card verification before being declared a winner. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, for example, no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next twenty-four (24) hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and thereafter select the next qualified participant. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. In the event the eligible winner fails to provide the personal information correctly, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as a replacement.

E) The Organizer is not responsbile or liable for any error, omission, interruption, or deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical probles or traffic congestion and/or websites.
F) Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Contest.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE
1. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
2. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfil the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the Organiser via the Careline at 011-7018 1531 that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
3. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.
4. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes.
5. The Organiser’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
6. The Contest Terms and Conditions are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies of the language used, the English language version of the contest Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

TERMA & SYARAT (BM)
A) Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara dan penduduk tetap Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas kecuali pekerja dan keluarga terdekat Penganjur.
B) Untuk menyertai Peraduan ini:
1.Peserta mesti melengkapkan cabaran mingguan (seperti yang dinyatakan di Instagram / Facebook kami) untuk layak mendapat satu penyertaan dalam Tempoh Peraduan dari 1 Januari hingga 7 Januari 2026.
2.Peserta tidak dibenarkan untuk menghantar/menyerahkan lebih daripada satu (1) penyertaan. Jika didapati berbuat demikian, penyertaan akan dibatalkan kelayakan.
3.Pihak Penganjur tidak akan menanggung atau membayar balik sebarang kos atau caj yang ditanggung oleh peserta dalam proses menghantar penyertaan, sekiranya ada.
2.Peserta tidak dibenarkan untuk menghantar/menyerahkan lebih daripada satu (1) penyertaan. Jika didapati berbuat demikian, penyertaan akan dibatalkan kelayakan.
3.Pihak Penganjur tidak akan menanggung atau membayar balik sebarang kos atau caj yang ditanggung oleh peserta dalam proses menghantar penyertaan, sekiranya ada.
C) Pemilihan Pemenang:
1.Pemenang yang layak akan ditentukan melalui kaedah roda cabutan (spin wheel) atau roulette menggunakan aplikasi dalam talian pada setiap minggu.
2.Pemenang hadiah yang layak akan dihubungi melalui panggilan telefon atau e-mel dan mungkin dikehendaki untuk membuat pengesahan kad pengenalan sebelum diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya percubaan pertama untuk menghubungi pemenang yang layak gagal (contohnya tiada jawapan, nombor telefon tidak aktif atau tiada sambungan), dua (2) percubaan tambahan akan dibuat dalam tempoh dua puluh empat (24) jam selepas panggilan telefon pertama.
2.Pemenang hadiah yang layak akan dihubungi melalui panggilan telefon atau e-mel dan mungkin dikehendaki untuk membuat pengesahan kad pengenalan sebelum diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang. D) Hadiah Peraduan:
Hadiah rawak mingguan termasuk baucar diskaun kedai dalam talian, kad hadiah, dan produk daripada BigBigPlace.
E) Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab atau bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang ralat, peninggalan, gangguan, atau pemadaman, kecacatan, kelewatan dalam operasi atau penghantaran, komunikasi, atau sebarang masalah atau kerosakan teknikal mana-mana rangkaian telefon atau talian, sistem dalam talian komputer, pelayan atau pembekal, peralatan komputer, perisian, kegagalan e-mel disebabkan masalah teknikal atau kesesakan lalu lintas dan/atau laman web.
F) Peserta hendaklah memikul liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya sekiranya berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan atau tuntutan akibat daripada penyertaan dalam Peraduan ini.
NOTIS PERLINDUNGAN DATA DAN DASAR PRIVASI
1. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi mereka dan Penganjur berhak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama pemenang dan/atau gambar serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang pampasan atau notis lanjut, dan setiap peserta tidak berhak untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan bagi penggunaan penyertaan mereka oleh Penganjur.
2. Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan atau berhubung dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan dengan cara yang sesuai dengan sifat data tersebut oleh Penganjur dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan menghantar maklumat peribadi peserta, Penganjur menganggap bahawa kebenaran telah diberikan kepada Penganjur dan/atau ejen yang diberi kuasa untuk menggunakan maklumat ini bagi tujuan pemasaran dan promosi masa kini dan masa depan serta untuk menambah baik produk dan perkhidmatannya. Jika peserta memaklumkan kepada Penganjur melalui Talian Khidmat Pelanggan di 011-7018 1531 bahawa maklumat di atas tidak boleh digunakan sebagai asas untuk hubungan lanjut, Penganjur akan menghormati permintaan peserta. Maklumat peserta tidak akan diberikan atau dikongsi dengan syarikat lain untuk kegunaan mereka.
3. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat rasmi serta keputusan Penganjur.
4. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, memadam atau menambah kepada Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa sebarang notis pada bila-bila masa, dan peserta akan terikat dengan perubahan tersebut.
5. Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat berkaitan keputusan yang dibuat oleh Penganjur tidak akan dilayan.
6. Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat ketidakkonsistenan dalam bahasa yang digunakan, versi Bahasa Inggeris Terma dan Syarat peraduan akan diguna pakai.
