Role Overview:

The Brand Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future of our core brands. This role involves crafting and executing brand strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be independent but a strong team player, focusing on attitude over skills and using common sense to navigate challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to establish our brands as leaders in their respective markets.
  • • Manage brand messaging, positioning, and identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with BigBigPlace’s overall vision and values.
  • • Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and event teams to create cohesive brand experiences online and offline.
  • • Lead content creation efforts for social media, ensuring engaging and consistent storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
  • • Organize and oversee on-ground event activations, enhancing brand engagement and visibility.
  • • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform and adjust brand strategies.
  • • Analyze brand performance through key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including talent management and media partners, to maximize brand impact.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, ensuring that the store provides an exceptional shopping experience, recruiting and hiring sales associates, and overseeing operations across multiple retail outlets. Additionally, you will report key store metrics and performance to higher management on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Staff Management:
  • • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet store goals.
  • • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • • Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs

  • Overseeing Multiple Retail Outlets:
  • • Oversee operations of additional retail outlets, ensuring consistency in store operations, customer service standards, and visual merchandising.
  • • Regularly visit other outlets to ensure all locations are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • • Provide guidance and support to store managers or staff at multiple locations, addressing any operational or personnel issues as needed.

  • Customer Service & Sales:
  • • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • • Promote sales initiatives and product promotions to increase store revenue.

  • Inventory & Merchandising:
  • • Manage inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to avoid stockouts.
  • • Oversee product display, ensuring the store is visually appealing and products are displayed according to brand standards.
  • • Perform regular stock checks and implement loss prevention measures to reduce shrinkage.

  • Operations & Reporting:
  • • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • • Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports, making data-driven decisions to improve store operations.
  • • Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed, including cash handling and security protocols.
  • • Report to higher management on a monthly basis, providing detailed updates on sales performance, operational issues, customer feedback, and any challenges or successes across all outlets.

  • Budget & Financial Management:
  • • Assist in developing and managing the store's budget, ensuring profitability.
  • • Monitor and control operating costs to meet financial goals.

Role Overview:

The Retail Associate role is very crucial in the development of BigBigPlace retail. The role is to serve customers by helping them select products and assist the current retail team by providing amazing customer experience and enhancing the BigBigPlace brand.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain a high standard of service all the time in store. This includes:
  • • Greeting customers
  • • Answering customer questions related to merchandise and store policies
  • • Communicate clearly about products and services.
  • • Recommending products or services based on customer needs
  • • Processing customer payments and refunds

  • 2.Opening and closing of the store according to operating hours.

    3.Stocking, organizing, and taking inventory of merchandise. Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.

    4.Keeping the store clean. Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.

    5.Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed.

    6.Inviting customers to participate in sales, and company events, and informing them of the current deals.

    7.Inviting the customer to join our membership program.

    8.Additional tasks may include:
  • • Attend sales, product and management training.
  • • Assist and outstation travelling in events and expos (If required).
  • • Overtime work whenever required.
