Fit:

Fitting guide: chest 70–100 cm. Set the shoulder Velcro to the stitching guide, then snug the 6-point side bungee and waist cord so the vest hugs without bouncing.

Use the centre zipper for main gear and keep hydration in its own sleeve so flasks and food stay easy to reach mid-race.
