Paagoworks Rush 3R

Description:

When short trail races demand speed without bulk, the PAAGOWORKS RUSH 3R is the lightest racing vest in the RUSH series. At about 3.5 L including pockets and roughly 230 g, it uses a vest-wrap stretch body and breathable mono mesh so arm swing stays free and heat buildup stays low — built for trail runners who want a stress-free race pack for fast, short efforts.

Features:

• More Light, More Speed: Smallest-capacity racing vest in the RUSH series, redesigned from runner feedback so arm movement stays free and materials cut heat during intense efforts.

• Vest Wrap Design: 1-way stretch mesh body suppresses vertical stretch to reduce pack bounce, while still expanding or contracting with your load.

• Breathable Mono Mesh: Mono mesh across the harness and full back panel that touches the body for cooler running in humid Malaysian and SEA conditions.

• Six-Point Side Hold: 6-point bungee side adjusters and a one-hand waist drawcord keep a body-hugging fit you can tweak mid-run.

• PGW Twist Lock Chest Strap: Soft chest strap with PAAGOWORKS’ original PGW TWIST LOCK buckle — easy to work when fatigued, operable one-handed once familiar.

• Race-Ready Pockets: Bottle pockets for soft flasks up to 600 ml or 500 ml PET bottles with drawcord retention, snack and side pockets, upper shell pocket, slim lower pocket, hydration sleeve with over-shoulder hose port, and an emergency whistle on the right chest.

Fit:

Designed for a chest circumference of 70–100 cm. Adjust the shoulder harness with Velcro for a stepless fit (use the stitching as a guide), then dial in the side bungee and waist drawcord so the pack sits close without restricting arm swing.

Pair bottle, snack and shell pockets by how often you reach for each item so access stays clean while running.
