Local Shipping (Malaysia - Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak)

FREE EXPEDITED DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER RM100 FOR PENINSULA MALAYSIA, & RM230 FOR SABAH & SARAWAK. 

• We ship to most addresses and P.O. Boxes in Malaysia.
• In-Stock items for orders over RM100 (for Peninsula Malaysia) and over RM230 (for Sabah& Sarawak) are eligible for FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING. For items below the FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING threshold, the amount will be calculated at the Shipping Method section during checkout. 
• In-Stock items that are paid in full using GrabPay, Billplz or Paypal will be shipped out within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-5 working days depending on the capacity of our logistic partners and the address of delivery.
• In-Stock items that are paid in instalment using GrabPay Later, or Atome will be shipped out within 3-5 working days upon receiving the payment from the service provider and should arrive within 5-7 working days depending on the capacity of our logistic partners and the address of delivery.
• Certain in-stock, special order items, drop shipped items, and items from external vendors that are paid in full or instalment will be shipped out within 4-14 working days depending on our vendors’ and logistic partners’ capacity and the address of delivery. Some of these items might not be eligible for FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING, the shipping fee will be calculated at the Shipping Method section during checkout. 
• Delivery times are only estimates and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. Any delay at the destination is beyond the control of the respective courier company. 
• Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. 
• Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
• For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days to the above estimated delivery time.
• We held no liabilities, any loss and damages during delivery and to P.O. Box address.
• Our domestic logistics partners are J & T Express, DHL, EasyParcel and Pos Laju. All orders will be delivered using a registered courier with tracking details.

International Shipping

• For international purchases, the shipping fees will be calculated at the Shipping Method section during checkout. 
• If the shipping fees are not calculated or shown for your country of destination, please contact us directly on Facebook Messenger, or Instagram.
• Delivery times are only estimates and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. 
• Any delay at the destination country is beyond the control of the respective courier company. 
• Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.

• Duty, Tax, GST, Import Rules and Local Authority Driven Fees & Charges are bound to the customer's own responsibility.
• Our international logistics partner is Pos Laju, Fedex, Aramex, DHL and UPS. All orders will be delivered using a registered courier with tracking details.
• Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via Air Freight Forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.
• We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of Malaysia, based on manufacturer restrictions.
  
  

Order Cut off Times

• Order cutoff times for all domestic & international in-stock same day orders shipping:
  Monday - Friday: 2:00pm GMT+8
  Saturday: 11:00am GMT+8 (Subject to our logistic partner)
  
  
• Any orders beyond the order cutoff times will be shipped the following day or depending on each order’s nature.

Product Availability

BigBigPlace is a marketplace that sells products in-store, dropship and from external vendors. Please read carefully on the different product availability.

• Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at BigBigPlace. Availability on these items will show as Drop Ship or Back Order. For more information, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or Instagram.
• Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 4-14 business days to arrive at Malaysia destinations.
• Back Order: These items will be shipped to us directly from the manufacturer and we will send it to you using our logistic system. These items generally take about 4-14 business days to arrive at Malaysia destinations.
• The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carrier's website until that evening or the following day.
• BigBigPlace generally packs orders Monday to Saturday. However, orders packed by BigBigPlace on Sundays or Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Sunday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.
• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
• Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
