Maurten Solid 160 is an oat-based energy bar with rice crisps, made to top up carbohydrate stores before training or to start refuelling afterwards. Each 55 g bar gives 41.4 g of carbohydrate and is pre-cut in the middle, so it splits into two equal halves, making your carb intake easy to count. Made for runners, cyclists and triathletes in Malaysia, Singapore and across Southeast Asia.

Ingredients:

Fructose-glucose syrup, oat flakes (26%), maltodextrin, rice flour, sugar, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), rice extract.

(Allergens: Contains oats (gluten). May contain milk, soy, wheat, barley, sesame, tree nuts and peanuts.)

Benefits:

Easy Carb Counting: About 40 g of carbohydrate per bar, the same as Maurten Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160, so your fuelling plan stays simple.
Splits in Two: Pre-cut in the middle. Eat the whole bar or save one half for later.
Pre and Post Exercise: A chewable change of texture from gels and drinks, for topping up before a session or refuelling after it.
Oat & Rice Base: Made with oat flakes and rice for a light, naturally sweet bar. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage Instructions:

Eat straight from the wrapper.

Before Exercise: Eat 1 bar in the 1–3 hours before training or racing to top up carbohydrate stores.
After Exercise: Eat 1 bar, or half a bar, soon after finishing to start restoring carbohydrate.
