Terms & Conditions (EN)
A) This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia above 18 years of age except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser.
B) To participate in the Contest :
1. Participants must spend RM250 and above to get (1) entry or RM500 and above to get (3) entries within the Contest Period from 22nd Of August Until 16th Of September
2. Scan The QR code (Retail) and complete the online form by answering the question, filling in all the empty fields and clicking on submit.
3. Retain original single receipt dated within the Contest Period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase.
4. Participants may send as many entries as they wish BUT each entry must be accompanied with the required details and a different receipt for each entry.
5. Participants are not allowed to submit/send more than one (1) entry with the same receipt to the Organizer.
6. The Organizer will not reimburse the participant for any charges incurred in submitting the entries, if any.

C) Selection of Winners :
1. The eligible winner will be determined via a spin wheel or roulette through online application.
2. The eligible prize winners will be contacted via telephone and may be required to do identity card verification before being declared a winner. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, for example, no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next twenty-four (24) hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and thereafter select the next qualified participant. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. In the event the eligible winner fails to provide the personal information correctly, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as a replacement.
3. Only original and valid printed receipts will be accepted. Any recceipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other erroes or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. The Organizer reserves the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid receipts.

E) The Organizer is not responsbile or liable for any error, omission, interruption, or deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical probles or traffic congestion and/or websites.
F) Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Contest.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE
1. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
2. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfil the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the Organiser via the Careline at 011-7018 1531 that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
3. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.
4. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes.
5. The Organiser’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
6. The Contest Terms and Conditions are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies of the language used, the English language version of the contest Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Terma & Syarat (BM)
A) Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara dan penduduk tetap Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas kecuali pekerja dan keluarga terdekat Penganjur.
B) Untuk menyertai Peraduan ini:
1. Peserta mesti berbelanja RM250 ke atas untuk mendapatkan satu (1) penyertaan atau RM500 ke atas untuk mendapatkan tiga (3) penyertaan dalam Tempoh Peraduan dari 22 Ogos hingga 16 September.
2. Imbas kod QR (Runcit) dan lengkapkan borang dalam talian dengan menjawab soalan, mengisi semua medan kosong, dan klik hantar.
3. Simpan resit asal bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan yang sepadan dengan penyertaan dalam talian sebagai bukti pembelian.
4. Peserta boleh menghantar seberapa banyak penyertaan yang mereka inginkan TETAPI setiap penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan butiran yang diperlukan dan resit yang berbeza untuk setiap penyertaan.
5. Peserta tidak dibenarkan menghantar lebih daripada satu (1) penyertaan dengan resit yang sama kepada Penganjur.
6. Penganjur tidak akan membayar balik sebarang caj yang ditanggung oleh peserta dalam menghantar penyertaan, jika ada.

C) Pemilihan Pemenang:
1. Pemenang yang layak akan ditentukan melalui roda putaran atau rolet melalui aplikasi dalam talian.
2. Pemenang hadiah yang layak akan dihubungi melalui telefon dan mungkin diminta untuk membuat pengesahan kad pengenalan sebelum diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya percubaan pertama untuk menghubungi pemenang yang layak gagal, contohnya tiada jawapan, nombor telefon tidak berfungsi atau tiada sambungan, dan sebagainya, dua (2) percubaan lagi akan dibuat dalam tempoh dua puluh empat (24) jam dari panggilan telefon pertama. Jika percubaan lanjut ini juga tidak berjaya, Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan pemenang tersebut dan seterusnya memilih peserta lain yang layak. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab. Sekiranya pemenang yang layak gagal memberikan maklumat peribadi dengan betul, Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan pemenang tersebut dan mencari pemenang lain yang layak sebagai pengganti.
3. Hanya resit cetakan asal dan sah akan diterima. Sebarang resit yang tidak boleh dibaca, rosak, diubah, diduplikasi, diusik, tidak diperoleh secara sah, mengandungi kesilapan cetakan tipografi, mekanikal atau lain-lain, atau cetakan yang tidak jelas atau tidak mengandungi maklumat yang diperlukan adalah tidak sah dan tidak akan diterima. Penganjur berhak sepenuhnya dan mempunyai budi bicara untuk membatalkan kelayakan resit yang tidak sah tersebut.
2. Pemenang hadiah yang layak akan dihubungi melalui telefon dan mungkin diminta untuk membuat pengesahan kad pengenalan sebelum diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya percubaan pertama untuk menghubungi pemenang yang layak gagal, contohnya tiada jawapan, nombor telefon tidak berfungsi atau tiada sambungan, dan sebagainya, dua (2) percubaan lagi akan dibuat dalam tempoh dua puluh empat (24) jam dari panggilan telefon pertama. Jika percubaan lanjut ini juga tidak berjaya, Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan pemenang tersebut dan seterusnya memilih peserta lain yang layak. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab. Sekiranya pemenang yang layak gagal memberikan maklumat peribadi dengan betul, Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan pemenang tersebut dan mencari pemenang lain yang layak sebagai pengganti.
3. Hanya resit cetakan asal dan sah akan diterima. E) Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kesilapan, peninggalan, gangguan, atau penghapusan, kecacatan, kelewatan dalam operasi atau transmisi, komunikasi, atau sebarang masalah atau kerosakan teknikal pada mana-mana rangkaian atau talian telefon, sistem komputer dalam talian, pelayan atau penyedia, peralatan komputer, perisian, kegagalan e-mel akibat masalah teknikal atau kesesakan lalu lintas dan/atau laman web.
F) Peserta akan menanggung sepenuhnya tanggungjawab dan liabiliti sekiranya berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan, atau tuntutan yang timbul daripada penyertaan dalam Peraduan ini.
NOTIS PERLINDUNGAN DATA DAN DASAR PRIVASI
1. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi mereka dan Penganjur berhak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama pemenang dan/atau gambar serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang pampasan atau notis lanjut, dan setiap peserta tidak berhak untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan bagi penggunaan penyertaan mereka oleh Penganjur.
2. Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan atau berhubung dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan dengan cara yang sesuai dengan sifat data tersebut oleh Penganjur dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan menghantar maklumat peribadi peserta, Penganjur menganggap bahawa kebenaran telah diberikan kepada Penganjur dan/atau ejen yang diberi kuasa untuk menggunakan maklumat ini bagi tujuan pemasaran dan promosi masa kini dan masa depan serta untuk menambah baik produk dan perkhidmatannya. Jika peserta memaklumkan kepada Penganjur melalui Talian Khidmat Pelanggan di 011-7018 1531 bahawa maklumat di atas tidak boleh digunakan sebagai asas untuk hubungan lanjut, Penganjur akan menghormati permintaan peserta. Maklumat peserta tidak akan diberikan atau dikongsi dengan syarikat lain untuk kegunaan mereka.
3. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat rasmi serta keputusan Penganjur.
4. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, memadam atau menambah kepada Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa sebarang notis pada bila-bila masa, dan peserta akan terikat dengan perubahan tersebut.
5. Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat berkaitan keputusan yang dibuat oleh Penganjur tidak akan dilayan.
6. Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat ketidakkonsistenan dalam bahasa yang digunakan, versi Bahasa Inggeris Terma dan Syarat peraduan akan diguna pakai.
